We provide shipping options from the United States Postal Service. Shipping is based on the size and total weight, not cost, of your order.
Virtually all orders for customers living in the United States are fulfilled using USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is trackable, insured, and typically takes two to three days to most destinations. USPS First-Class Package is an option exclusively for our Kata Kata postcards. This option is more economical, but is uninsured, and Fresh Stock cannot be held liable for missing or damaged First-Class shipments. Currently, our system has a maximum order weight in place, so please contact us for a special quote if your order exceeds this maximum.
Orders to customers outside the United States are primarily fulfilled with USPS First-Class Package International Service. This service is economical but does not include tracking or insurance. Fresh Stock is not responsible for lost or missing packages, so please consider this at time of order. First-Class shipments cannot exceed four pounds (1.8 kg). USPS Priority Mail International is also available and is insured and trackable, and it has a higher maximum order weight. If the weight of your order exceeds this maximum, please contact us for a special quote.
Customers living outside of the United States may be charged applicable tariffs or duties for importation upon receiving their orders. These taxes vary by country, and many countries do not charge a fee if your order does not exceed a certain value. Any importation fees are the burden of the customer, so we recommend researching your home country's policies if you are concerned. Our customs forms will accurately describe the contents of our packages, and the order total will be listed as the value.
Returns & Exchanges
Please email us within 30 days of your purchase date to arrange a return or exchange.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it to us, and we will issue a refund, minus the shipping cost. To receive a full refund, the product needs to include all packaging and be in re-sellable condition. If a product is deemed unsellable due to use or missing packaging, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
If the product you receive arrives with damage or defect, please email us as soon as possible, including photos illustrating the affected item. We will then coordinate with you to ensure you get a replacement item as quickly as possible.
